He was pastor of an inner city church in Liverpool for fifteen years before launching out as an itinerant minister in 1997. Bidal Torrez Operating under an apostolic and prophetic anointing, Pastors Bidal and Sherry Torrez have ministered the righteousness of Jesus Christ both within the United States and internationally, with supernatural signs following.
