General Directive
In order to cooperate with prophetic words spoken over Wisconsin and Upper Michigan by local, national and international prophets, Pastor Torrez, in following the Holy Spirit, is to establish 12 Jubilee Prayer Circles that cover the entire state of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan.
Purpose
--To learn about, promote and practice intercession
--To discover blessings and curses (mapping)
--To become the watchmen and gatekeepers of our own region
Description
The Jubilee Circles will be 50 miles in radius; 100 miles in diameter, making a "Double Jubilee." Each Circle will be lead primarily by 12 regional intercessors. There will be 4 lead intercessors within each group of 12, and 1 main leader within each group that will meet periodically with the other group leaders. Each Circle can grow to include an unlimited number of intercessors. These intercessors can be pastors, ministry leaders and lay people. Pastor Torrez will travel periodically to visit each Circle. The visits will include teaching and impartation. It is the desire of Pastor Torrez that each circle experience the glory of God and become gates of God's glory.
