VHC UPDATEJune 22, 2008BREAKTHROUGH WITH MIRACLES COMES TO THE UPPER PENINSULA This past weekend over 200 people attended the Northern Glory Breakthrough Conference in Marquette, MI, hosted by Valley Harvest Church and local U.P. churches and ministries. It was a time of great praise and worship and numerous miracles, including deaf ears being opened, legs growing out, metal dissolving in one person, and a man confined to a wheelchair getting up and walking! Jeff Jansen, Randy DeMain and Pastor Torrez were used to deliver timely and powerful prophetic words to the region. There was much decreeing, impartation and breaking through in several areas. The people were so hungry and open to see a move of God in their home area and they poured themselves out in praise and worship and dance! On Friday evening Jeff Jansen and Randy DeMain, by the leading of the Holy Spirit, commissioned Pastor Torrez into his Apostolic calling. We rejoice with our Pastors! Please pray for them as they continue to walk out this calling. We're so excited for our friends there in the U.P. We ask that you cover them in prayer -- we're knit together with them, and the enemy will surely try to stop what has begun. Pray for the Pastors as they lead and steward revival in that area. FIRST OUTPOURING MEETING BRINGS HEALINGS AT VALLEY HARVEST CHURCHThis past weekend was the first in a series of Outpouring Meetings planned at Valley Harvest Church. It was exciting to see the number of people who came, even from a distance, to "get some more" of the anointing that is coming from Lakeland. Pastor Torrez preached on the Father's love, and along with at least a dozen others who had been to Lakeland, imparted what they had received into everyone. Nobody went home empty! Pastor Bob Pittman, of Rice Lake, and Steve Trullinger, a previous associate of Todd Bentley, also shared their experiences at Lakeland and imparted, as well. At the end of the second service, Pastor Torrez anointed over 100 people into ministry, to go out and spread the revival in their own areas.There were numerous testimonies of healings, and even some who came asking for prayer for friends and loved ones, believing that the healing presence of God would be at these meetings. Excitement, fueled with divine purpose, is spreading, and faith is growing! People left equipped and full of zeal for what God is doing in this state. Our next meeting, EXTREME DRINKING, with John Crowder, Benjamin Dunn, and Pastor Torrez on July 25-27 will be a blast! It begins with a Friday night service at 7:00pm, then three services on Saturday, 10am, 2pm and 7pm, and two on Sunday, 10:30am and 6:30pm. You might want to bring a designated driver, if you're expecting to get sloshed! In the plans...Prophet Rob DeLuca, who prophesied the Lakeland Outpouring to Todd Bentley, and the revival that is coming to VHC, plus Revivalist Keith Miller, who ministered at Lakeland, will be here August 28-31. Both of these men are now being used to spread revival throughout the nation. TestimoniesMy name is Jenna. I live near Chicago. I am a full-time Bible College student and work part time as a police clerk. I am a single mom with two junior high age children. We came out to the ‘Extreme Drinking’ conference and I was extremely blessed by John, Ben and Bidal! Also, I really appreciated some of the congregation members who came up to my kids and asked them to dance. The kids easily entered into worship because of this. During the first session I was led to give $300.00. When I left the morning session to go bike shopping, I had a message on my voicemail that I was receiving $600.00 (unexpected money). When I attended the next meeting Pastor asked the attendees for $144.00. I chose to obey and give that, as well. When I left that meeting I had a message on my voicemail that my mom bought me a bike. (She had no idea I was shopping for a bike.) When I got home I was doing my bills and found $1300.00 extra in my bank account because of overpaid bills!!! (Yeah, I didn’t overpay anything.) The same day I also got a $550.00 medical bill paid in full (not by me). That’s just the stuff part! Immediately following the conference I visited some neighbors and we all ended up praising God together and the dad was so overwhelmed by the presence of God he started crying. God blesses Big Time When We Obey!Jenna July 2008 The Lord Himself called me to a conference at your church in October of 2006 where He took me on a journey that is still ongoing and growing stronger and stronger. I was brought up in a Baptist church and have been a member there since 1978. I have now a very intense loving relationship with the Holy Spirit that was birthed in your church. I am now a member of an International Four Winds Church that is nondenominational. The Lord is contending for me to develop a supernatural lifestyle even in this hour. You must understand that all of this was due to my hearing the call to fly to Chicago, drive to Wisconsin and attend that conference at your church. So many of my new beginnings began at your church. Although I may never see you again in this lifetime, we will, in eternity, have much to consider! Debbie April 2008
